Refunds
β’ Kadz Beauty does not generally accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of skincare products (for safety and hygiene). Exceptions may apply only under certain conditions β see below.
β When Refunds or Exchanges Are Allowed
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Order
β’ You received the wrong item or something is missing.
β’ Report this to customer service (usually via email) within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
2. Damaged or Faulty Products
β’ If the parcel arrives damaged or the product is defective, send clear photos and details immediately.
β’ After verification, they may send a replacement or issue a refund if the item isnβt replaceable.
3. Lost Parcel
β’ If your order is lost or not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, report it.
β’ If the parcel cannot be traced after about 7 working days from reporting, a refund may be processed to your original payment method.
4. Out-of-Stock After Purchase
β’ If an item becomes unavailable after you order, the store will contact you to arrange a refund or discuss alternatives.
β Important Conditions
To qualify for refund/exchange:
β’ Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact. οΏΌ
π« Refunds/Exchanges Not Allowed For
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for:
β’ Change of mind purchases.
β’ Discounted or sale items.
β’ Products purchased in-store (offline).
β’ Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer.
β’ Opened or used skincare items for hygiene reasons.
How Refunds Are Issued
β’ Refunds (when approved) are processed back to the original payment method.
β’ It typically takes 3β5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
